The first, from <a href="http://www.beertown.org/education/pairing.html">The Brewer's Association</a>, offers a simple list of dishes with appropriate beers. Say you want to start your day off right with a nice brew with your eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, and ham...simply go down to egg dishes and see Farmer's Breakfast -- Oatmeal Stout. No surprise there really, but, you see the point.<br /><br />The second, from <a href="http://www.brew-monkey.com/articles/pairingbeer.php">Brew-Monkey.com</a> is an article with the basics behind pairing.
