Beer Pairing

I have added a couple of links to different beer pairing websites Ive come across on the internet. The first, from The Brewer's Association, offers a simple list of dishes with appropriate beers. Say you want to start your day off right with a nice brew with your eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, and ham...simply go down to egg dishes and see Farmer's Breakfast -- Oatmeal Stout. No surprise there really, but, you see the point.

The second, from Brew-Monkey.com is an article with the basics behind pairing. Towards the end there is a sample list of pairings (pizza and amber ale anyone?) to get you off right.

Of course, you can always come in and we'll likely be able to point you in the right direction whatever it is you're trying to pair up.
